چکیده
In order to improve the adsorption performance of molecular sieve honeycomb ceramics for VOCs, author proposes a research method VOCs based on loaded with sieves. The prepared cordierite ceramic-supported HY, Na Y, USY, ZSM-5-300, and ZSM-5-360 monolithic materials by coating method. Using toluene, ethyl acetate, isopropanol, acetone as adsorbates, properties single-component mixed-component organic compounds supported were investigated. result shows ZSM-5-300 has largest capacity four which are toluene 68.0 mg/g, acetate 118.7 isopropanol 70.9 72.5 mg/g. test results show that high saturated is an ideal material.

Molecular simulations of the adsorption and diffusion of hydrocarbons in molecular sieves
In this short review it is demonstrated how molecular simulation can be used to obtain molecular insights in the behaviour of molecules inside the pores of zeolites. Whereas straightforward molecular dynamics can be used to study the behaviour of small molecules inside the pores, the study of the long chain hydrocarbons that are important in petrochemical applications require special computatio...
متن کاملTemplated Growth of Carbon Nanotubes on Nickel Loaded Mesoporous MCM-41 and MCM-48 Molecular Sieves
Chemical vapor deposition was employed to synthesize carbon nanotubes with Ni-loaded MCM-41 and MCM-48 as catalysts and acetylene as precursor at 750°C. Mesoporous Ni MCM-41 and Ni MCM-48 molecular sieves were synthesized by a hydrothermal method and were characterized by XRD and N2 adsorption isotherm. The catalytically synthesized carbon materials were characterized with Raman spectroscopy, N...
متن کاملPreparation and gas adsorption studies of three mesh-adjustable molecular sieves with a common structure.
Solvothermal reactions of a predesigned amphiphilic ligand, 4'-tert-butyl-biphenyl-3,5-dicarboxylate (BBPDC), with Zn(NO(3))(2), Co(NO(3))(2), and Cu(NO(3))(2) gave rise to three isostructural mesh-adjustable molecular sieves (MAMSs), MAMS-2, MAMS-3, and MAMS-4, respectively. The three new MAMSs all exhibit temperature-tuned molecular sieving effect. There exists a linear relationship between m...
متن کاملAdsorption Properties of Carbon Molecular Sieves Prepared by a Co-carbonization Process
Carbon molecular sieves (CMSs) are microporous carbon materials whose special textural characteristics enable kinetic separation of gas mixtures, i.e., separation as a result of differences in the diffusion rates of the species involved. For a CMS to be useful for gas separation, it must possess a narrow pore size distribution (PSD) consisting of pore mouths of molecular sizes and a relatively ...
